Home Study Courses

Developed by Home Study UK, in conjunction with experienced lecturers, trainers and life coaches. Our online distance learning personal development courses are designed to give you the practical help you need to make real changes in your life.

Courses are specifically designed so that you can study from home; online and at your own pace.

Courses ADVANTAGE

The ADVANTAGE version of our courses includes as optional  two twenty minute periods of telephone, or skype (webcam) coaching with a member of our coaching panel, very often the person who wrote the course.  Upon the submission of materials outlined in the course, your work will be assessed and you will be given written feedback by email.  Assessment takes place on one or two occasions and will be specified in the course. Your work will be checked to make sure that it reaches the required standard after which you will be issued a certificate from NOCN, or from HSUK.

Accredited Courses

We offer a series of units which can be grouped together to make a full award which is called Award in Progression.  These units are accredited by the nocn and will therefore be subject to both assessment, internal and external verification. This units fit into the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for NVQ’s. An online coaching session by skype will take place, and you will be required to submit some documents by email.

Non accredited non assessed.

In addition to the assessed non accredited courses that are offered by Home Study you can also purchase the learning materials to be read as distance learnng modules. When you purchase the course materials alone there is no assessment included.
