Customer service is the foundation stone for every successful business. Good customer service builds customer confidence and loyalty. Whether you work in a retail environment or whether you work in an administration setting this unit will improve your interpersonal skills and develop your confidence in your self.

Customer Service is a level 2 core unit awarded by NOCN, which broadly equates to GCSE or NVQ Level 2 standards. It carries with it a credit rating of 3 for the unit and can contribute towards a total of 24 credits which is the required number of credits to achieve a Level 2 Award in Progression. This is unit can be assessed or non assessed.
