Preparing for a Recruitment Interview

Getting it right in the first few seconds is crucial for buildiing good rapport between you and your interviewer. Knowing what to say and how to act will put you in top position to impress and show case your skills, demonstrating both confidence and competence.

Preparing for a Recruitment Interview is a level 2 core unit awarded by NOCN, which broadly equates to GCSE or NVQ Level 2 standards. It carries with it a credit rating of 2 for the unit and can contribute towards a total of 24 credits which is the required number of credits to achieve a Level 2 Award in Progression.  This is unit can be assessed or non assessed.
