In this module you will understand what your own stressors are and how to manage them to give yourself a good work/life balance.You will learn how to keep your own stress levels to an optimum working level in the face of change whether welcome or not, thus helping you to keep fit not only mentally but physically as well.- Understand what stress is and its physical and emotional effects.

Understanding Stress and Stress Management is a Level 2 core unit awarded by NOCN, which broadly equates to GCSE or NVQ Level 2 standards. It carries with it a credit rating of 3 for the unit and can contribute towards a total of 24 credits which is the required number of credits to achieve a Level 2 Award in Progression. This unit can be taken either assessed or non assessed.
